Number of Awards & Eligibility: One scholarship provided each year the award is offered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Description: The Bullying Prevention Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors. undergraduate, and graduate students who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Application requirements for the Bullying Prevention Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Transcript
  • Resume
Additional Information: Provided annually by the Inkelaar Law Firm, the Bullying Prevention Scholarship is awarded to a student who shares creative and original ideas that can reduce bullying in schools and throughout our comunities. Selection will favor essays that explain effective methods of bullying prevention that have been successfully implemented as well as ideas that can scale up to be effective at the national level.

Award Amount: Scholarships are provided as one-time, non-renewable awards in the amount of $1,000.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Application instructions and details about the Bullying Prevention Scholarship are available at the Inkelaar Law website and may be accessed using the provided links.To be considered for this award, students must submit an essay, a recently updated resume, and a copy of transcripts for all completed coursework.
