Number of Awards & Eligibility: 20 awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident.
  3. Must be a current high school senior entering a four-year accredited U.S. college or university in the fall of 2019.
  4. Must currently be a member (in good standing) of a high school sports team or be involved in after-school sports (e.g., intramurals, martial arts, etc.).
  5. Must have maintained an unweighted grade point average of 3.0 or higher from 9th grade to the first semester of 12th grade.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: Foot Locker wants to celebrate YOU–not just because you scored the game-winning point–but because sports have helped you grow into a strong leader at school and in your community. This year, applications are open to high school graduates who plan to enroll in a two- or four-year community college or four-year school to pursue an undergraduate degree. We recognize that the college experience is different for everyone. Whether staying local or traveling across the country, the Foot Locker Foundation Scholarship Program is a resource to help you continue your higher education journey.

Award Amount: $25,000 per recipient  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500,000.
