Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually based on the number of qualified applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must attend a high school in the United States.
  3. Must be part of the high school graduating class of 2017.
  4. Must have a high school grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Must have demonstrated voluntary community service during his/her senior year.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for high school seniors attending a high school in the U.S. who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher, financial need, and demonstrated community service. Students must plan to attend one of the 500 participating career colleges.

Additional Information: Imagine America, sponsored by the Imagine America Foundation (IAF), is a career education award that is available to recent high school graduates who are pursuing postsecondary education at participating career colleges across the United States. The Imagine America Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing career education in America by providing scholarship programs, elevating public awareness of the vital role of career colleges, conducting research, and honoring the achievements of professionals and students involved in career education. Students must demonstrate financial need to be considered for this award.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
