Number of Awards & Eligibility: Three applicants will be selected
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen
  2. Must be a Pennsylvania Resident
  3. Must be a current student in a technical school, college, university, or graduate school.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The WWOAP Scholarship Committee annually awards scholarship money to any WWOAP member in good standing, to his or her dependent, or to a deserving student. A $1,500 scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled at a university or college; a $500 scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled in a technical school.*

Application requirements for the WWOAP Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Resume
Additional Information: The scholarship awardees will be acknowledged during the WWOAP Annual Conference.

Award Amount: Chosen applicants will receive $1,500 each, $500 awarded to applicant in technical school  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,500.

The scholarship application period opens every year on January 1st. Applications are collected through April 1st, at which point the application period closes.
