The Jack Abramoff Family Scholarship

The Jack Abramoff Family Scholarship program is providing a one-time $1,000.00 scholarship to any student who is currently attending or has plans to attend an accredited US college or university. The eligible programs are listed: Business, Healthcare & Medicine, Social Sciences, Psychology, Biology & Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Data Analytics, Education & Teaching, IT & Computer Science, and Liberal Arts & Communication.

UFDC Scholarship Fund

There are four scholarships, each one supporting research. Applicants choose the one that lines up with their goals whether in antique dolls, doll composition, modern/collectible dolls, or costuming dolls. A winner may receive only one such award in a three-year period. Scholarship awards are announced at UFDC National conventions.

Andy Citrin Injury Attorneys’ Distracted Driving Scholarship

This Alabama law firm is committed to driver safety, preventing driving deaths and serious injuries. They believe that reckless and irresponsible drivers should be held accountable. This $1,000 scholarship focuses on distracted driving. The number of reported Alabama distracted driving cases increased by about 20 percent in 2016 over 2014.

Applicants must reside in boone, ogle, or Winnebago counties, and pursuing a degree in visual arts, or visual art education with a GPA of 2.75 or higher, and a graduating high school senior.

The Prosper Shaked Scholarship for Future Medical Professionals

You must be able to demonstrate full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree related to the medical field. If you have not been accepted into a program yet, you can apply for the scholarship, but no funds will be released without proof of acceptance or enrollment. The selected student will receive a $1,500 scholarship to be used toward the tuition for their medical or science degree. The winner’s check will be issued directly to the student’s college / university of choice.

2020 Education Equity Scholarship
