Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate award.
  4. Must be a resident of one of the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas Panhandle.
  5. Must attend Amarillo College, West Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University OR the University of Texas.
  6. Must major in occupational OR physical therapy.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: Graduating high school seniors or older students of one of the 26 northernmost counties of the Texas panhandles who are majoring in occupational or physical therapy and attend Amarillo College, West Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University or the University of Texas are eligible for this award.

Application requirements for the Heather Nicole Moseley Memorial Scholarship are:

  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • IRS 1040 Form
  • ACT/SAT scores
Additional Information: This scholarship was created in 2008 by Suzanne and Homer Brantley in memory of their granddaughter, Heather Nicole Moseley, and in honor of their daughter, Erin Haley.

Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable. The student may reapply and receive the award for up to three additional years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.
