In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a GPA of 3.25 or higher.
  2. Must have a minimum GRE score of 300 (Verbal recommended at 152 and Quantitative required at 148 or higher, combined must be 300).
  3. Must have a minimum GRE Writing score of 3.5.
  4. Must have completed prerequisite courses no more than 10 years before date of matriculation.

Description: The Army and Baylor University recruit and select highly-qualified individuals from the civilian sector, active duty or Army Reserve. Selectees complete basic officer training, paid study toward a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) and complete service once they graduate.

Additional Information: This physical therapy doctoral program recruits and selects highly-qualified individuals from the civilian sector, active duty or Army Reserve. After completing basic officer initial-entry training, selectees engage in 30 months of entry-level physical therapy training to receive the Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (DPT). Graduates leave the program to serve in two professions—as an active duty officer and as a military physical therapist.
