There is no separate application form for this award. Students at Juniata College apply by filling out the Institutional Data Form each year. The form is sent by the financial planning office each year to current students for renewal of financial aid for the following year, and is available on the Juniata College website in online and downloadable formats. Students must also submit the renewal FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to apply for this scholarship. The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov, at high school guidance offices, and at college financial aid offices. Students who fail to submit the Institutional Data Form and the FAFSA by the deadline cannot be assured that adequate funding will be available for the current school year. Traditionally, the college has reduced institutional aid by up to one third for late applications.
