This scholarship will cover tuition, room, and board for four years. In addition, each recipient will receive the following benefits: a laptop; opportunity to participate in high-level internships and research with Fortune 500 companies; special advising from the dean and key faculty in the School of Computer Science and Mathematics; and mentorship opportunities from industry leaders at IBM, Goldman Sachs, Cisco, Morgan Stanley and EMC.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must demonstrate financial need by being eligible for the federal Pell Grant. Eligibility for the Pell Grant is determined by filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov, at high school guidance offices, and at college financial aid offices. Potential scholarship recipients will be identified once an admission decision has been finalized. Recipients will be notified no later than April 1.
