The Handicapped Student Grant Program provides funding for undergraduate Wisconsin residents who are enrolled at in-state public or independent institutions. Students must show financial need and have a severe or profound hearing or visual impairment to be eligible. Financial need is generally defined as the difference between the cost of attendance and the student’s expected family contribution (EFC). The expected family contribution is determined using the information provided from the completing the FAFSA.
