Up to $2,425 per semester ($4,850 annually). Award amounts may vary based on the number of credit hours the recipient is enrolled. Awards are not automatically renewable, recipients may re-apply each year and must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

The Marguerite Ross Barnett Memorial Scholarship is a state program, administered through the Missouri Department of Higher Education, established to provide financial assistance for students who are employed while attending school part-time. The award is based on the financial need of the student. Financial need is calculated as follows: Cost of attendance (COA) - Expected Family Contribution (EFC) - Estimated Financial Assistance (EFA). The EFC is calculated by the U.S. Department of Education using information you provided on the FAFSA. EFA can include government or private grants, scholarships or loans. It is all of the aid included in the student's financial aid package.
