This award is for male U.S. high school seniors who are members of Future Farmers of America. The applicant must be pursuing a four-year degree in any area of agriculture and plan to attend a university with an active Alpha Gamma Rho chapter.

Ray Fowler/Armstrong Family Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors and undergraduates who are members of the Lyon County (KY) Chapter of the Future Farmers of America and plan to attend Murray State University, Western Kentucky State University, or the University of Kentucky. Students must pursue a four-year degree in any area of agriculture, with preference for agricultural education or animal science. Students' families must exhibit financial need.

This award is available for Kentucky high school students who are planning to attend an eligible postsecondary institution in Kentucky. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

Bechtel Foundation Scholarship Program for Safety and Health

This award is for college juniors who are pursuing a degree in occupational safety and health with an emphasis on construction safety. The applicant must enroll full time and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Priority will be given to students with an emphasis in construction safety attending Murray State in Murray, Kentucky; Montana Tech in Butte, Montana; or Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA.

This award is for U.S. college juniors and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in occupational safety and health or a closely related field. The applicant must enroll full time and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Priority will be given to students that belong to the Middle Tennessee Chapter, attending Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, Murray State University in Murray, KY and those that live in the Region VII area (in that order).
