Alabama Student Grant Program

This award is available to Alabama undergraduate students who are attending or planning to attend an independent postsecondary institution in Alabama. Students must not be enrolled in a program leading to a degree in theology, divinity, or other field of preparation for a religious vocation.

This scholarship is open to African-American high school seniors who attend Forsyth County (NC) high schools and plan to attend a Historically Black College/University (HBCU). Students must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher and demonstrate financial need; merit and need are equally weighted.
