Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of scholarships provided annually depends on the number of qualified applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must attend the Southern California University of Health Sciences.
  2. Must be a Canadian citizen.
  3. This award is for international students.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher.
  5. Must be majoring in chiropractic studies.

Description: The SCU Financial Assistance Award for Canadian Students is available for first-time students at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.25 or higher.

Application requirements for the SCU Financial Assistance Award for Canadian Students are:

  • Essay
Additional Information: SCU recognizes students for the exemplary accomplishments in their undergraduate studies prior to their enrollment. Therefore, scholarships are offered to students who demonstrate high academic standards and/or financial need.

Award Amount: Selected students will receive a 20% discount on tuition, valued at approximately $5,000 per year. Awards may be renewable for up to $20,000 through the course of a complete chiropractic studies program.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $20,000.
