Caroline M. Hewins Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is available for international and U.S. graduate students who specialize or plan to specialize in library work with children. Students must plan to attend an institution that is accredited by the American Library Association (ALA).

NYLA Dewey Scholarship Award

This scholarship is available for U.S. students pursuing a master's degree in library science at one of the ALA-accredited schools located in New York state. Students must have a grade point average of 'B' (3.0) or higher. Both the student and the library school must be members of the New York Library Association.

Mary V. Gaver Scholarship

U.S. and Canadian citizens/permanent residents who will have completed no more than 12 hours toward an MLS/MLIS degree prior to June 1 of the award year are eligible for this award. Students must attend an ALA-accredited library school and plan to enter the field of library youth services.

Tony B. Leisner Scholarship

U.S. or Canadian citizens/permanent residents who will have completed no more than 12 hours toward an MLS/MLIS/MIS degree prior to June 1 of the award year are eligible for this award. Students must attend an ALA-accredited library school and be working as part of a library support staff.

U.S. and Canadian citizens who are pursuing master's degrees in library and information studies at ALA-accredited library schools are eligible for this award; students may not have completed more than 12 hours toward the degree at time of application. Applicants must plan to work in a library in an area of service to children.

This award is available for U.S. and international Christian graduate students. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement and commitment to Christian values.

AGC Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship

This award is for students who are enrolled in their second year at a two year school and are planning to transfer to a four-year program for the Fall term and college sophomores or juniors in a four-year program or beginning seniors in a five-year program. Junior and senior level applicants MUST have one full academic year of coursework remaining at the beginning of the Fall term.

AIA/F Diversity Advancement Scholarship

High school seniors, current college freshmen, and community/technical college graduates who will enroll in an NAAB-accredited architecture program are eligible for this award. Students must be minorities and/or financially disadvantaged.

GE Women's Network Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. female undergraduate students who are majoring in certain fields of engineering or computer science, are members of the SWE, and attend a preferred school. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and plan to enroll full time.

David H. Clift Scholarship

U.S. or Canadian citizens/permanent residents who are enrolled at a school with an ALA-accredited master's degree program in library science are eligible for this award. Students must have no more than 12 semester hours prior to June 1 of the year in which the scholarship is awarded.

LITA/OCLC Minority Scholarship in Library and Information Technology

U.S. and Canadian citizens who will not have earned more than 12 hours toward a Master of Library Science degree by June of the award year are eligible for this award.
