The Louisiana GO Grant Program is a state program, administered by the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance, created to assists students who demonstrate financial need and planning to attend an eligible Louisiana postsecondary institution on a part-time, half-time or full-time basis. Students must be eligible for the federal Pell Grant and have a remaining financial need greater than $0 after deducting the Expected Family Contribution and Federal Pell Grant Award from the Cost of Attendance. The expected family contribution is determined from the information provided on the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Students should check with the financial aid office at the school he/she plans to attend for additional information.
