This award was established by Dorothy "Dolly" Ching when she retired in 1994. Dolly was the first female Executive Vice President at Bank of Hawaii. All applicants for this award must demonstrate financial need and good moral character. Recipients will be notified after the scholarship selection committees meet, which could be any time between May and August.
