This scholarship was established by Oscar and Rosetta Fish who were committed to helping young people pursue higher education. Oscar was a member of the University of Hawai'i's College of Business Administration's first MBA graduating class in 1959. Rosetta was a speech teacher at UH Manoa. They met in Hawai'i and after living in several other places, returned to Hawai'i to retire. All applicants must demonstrate financial need and good moral character. Recipients will be notified after the scholarship selection committees meet, which could be any time between May and August.
