Massachusetts Office of Student Financial Assistance
This award is in the form of a tuition waiver that covers 100 percent of the resident tuition rate. Awards are subject to budgetary appropriation and can only be applied to eligible state-supported courses offered at the participating public higher education institutions.

The Adopted Child Tuition Waiver and Fee Assistance Program is designed to lessen the financial burden on adopting parents in the Commonwealth. Eligible students must: not have received a prior bachelor's degree or its equivalent; not be in default of any federal or state student loans or owe a refund for any previous financial aid received; be in good standing and meet the institution's requirements for satisfactory academic progress.
