The amount of each award varies annually. Scholarships are non-renewable; however, previous recipients may reapply.


The number of awards offered varies annually. The Freemont Foundation awarded eight scholarships across its high school senior, undergraduate, and graduate programs for the prior academic year.

Additional Information

A rigorous application review includes an analysis of grades, standardized test scores (high school seniors), student essays, and letters of recommendation. Freemont Scholars are selected based on exceptional academic ability and achievement and a record of leadership and volunteerism in the community. The scholarships will be awarded in April.
