Charleston Vandalia Rotary Club

This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of: Wayne, Cabell, Mercer, Mingo, McDowell, Raleigh, Fayette, Summers, Greenbrier, Boone, Nicholas, Kanawha, Putnam, and Wyoming counties in West Virginia and demonstrate outstanding community service.
