  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be majoring in or planning to major in agriculture.
  4. Must reside in Colusa or Sutter counties of California.

Description: The The Paulsen Family Scholarship is provided to a graduating high school senior or undergraduate student in Sutter County or Colusa County, California. Applicants must be majoring in or planning to major in agriculture.

Additional Information: Fund is provided annually to a student who is majoring in an agricultural field. Applicants must reside in and attend a high school, community college, or other accredited institution in Colusa or Sutter county, California. Award selection will be based on a combination of academic merit and other factors, as determined by the individuals or organizations who are sponsoring the award. The Sacramento Region Community Foundation manages and administers dozens of scholarship programs that are available to local area students. Funds are financially supported by individuals, families, businesses, and other charitable organizations within Sacramento. Award Amount: $1,000 to $2,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.
