In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award.
  4. Must be pursuing or continuing to pursue a career in real estate education.
  5. Must be a legal resident of the state of Illinois.

Additional Information: ILREEF is a not-for-profit organization established to aid and promote real estate education throughout Illinois. The Association of Illinois Real Estate Educators (AIREE) Grant Fund will be used to award grants each year to selected individuals for the continuation and expansion of their knowledge in the field of real estate instruction.

Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.

Applications are available online on the Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (ILREEF) website. In addition to the completed application, the student must submit an essay indicating his/her interest in pursuing a career in real estate education, an explanation of the grant's intended use, and letters of recommendation and reference. The application and all supporting materials must be submitted online by the deadline date.
