  1. Must be students in the following programs: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology or Surveying.
  2. Must be students attending a New York State College or University.

Additional Information: ACEC New York is a coalition that represents about 300 member firms. Their mission is to promote the business interests of their members through networking, advocacy, education and business services. One way they promote the profession to the next generation is through a statewide scholarship program. Since its inception in 2002, the council has awarded $835,500 to 301 high achieving students attending New York State college and universities. Scholarships are open to students in the following programs: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology or Surveying. Past awards ranged from $2,500 to $10,000
