This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate college students who are pursuing a career in journalism. Students must have a sensitivity to Asian American and Pacific Islander issues.

American Advertising Federation-New Mexico (AAF-NM) Scholarship

New Mexico college juniors or seniors who plan to pursue a career in advertising are eligible for this award. Students must attend a New Mexico postsecondary institution full time and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

David J. Clarke Memorial Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. or international undergraduate and/or graduate students who attend a college or university within the designated market area of stations serving the Ohio Valley Chapter region (this includes some schools in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia). Students must major in broadcasting.

Ford Empowering America Scholarship

The “Empowering America” Scholarship program consists of one $3,000 scholarship for a winning student and one $2,000 scholarship for a student selected as runner-up, made payable directly to each student’s educational institute. This award is available for graduates of high schools in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Applicants must be majoring in communications, and must have completed at least 45 credit hours at the time of application.
