Description: The Richard Gaines Russell Memorial Computer Science Scholarship is available for juniors and seniors at Midwestern State University. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and must be majoring in computer science.

Additional Information: The Richard Gaines Russell Memorial Computer Science Scholarship is sponsored by Dr. Hulse and Carol Wagner and is administered annually through the Wichita Falls Community Foundation. To be considered as eligible for this scholarship, students must be in their junior or senior year of computer science studies at Midwestern State University. Applicants must also have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. A combination of academic achievement and unmet financial need will be used to select the winners of the award.

Award Amount: $3,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,500.
