Generation Google Scholarship

The Generation Google Scholarship was established to help aspiring students pursuing computer science degrees excel in technology and become leaders in the field. Selected students will receive $10,000 USD (for those studying in the US) or $5,000 CAD (for those studying in Canada) for the 2021-2022 school year. The Generation Google Scholarship will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrated leadership, and academic performance. The program is open to students who meet all the minimum qualifications and we strongly encourage students that identify with groups historically excluded from the technology industry, including Women, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian, Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, to apply. Applicants are not required to currently be enrolled in an Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program for the 2020-2021 academic year to apply

AnitaB.org Grace Hopper Celebration

AnitaB.org produces Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) in collaboration with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). GHC is the world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists. Those who attend GHC gain access to career and academic workshops, networking opportunities, inspirational role models, and memories that will last a lifetime! For 2022, GHC will be going hybrid! GHC Scholars will participate in the virtual component of GHC and receive exclusive opportunities such as pre-GHC programming, professional development, and networking opportunities.

I/ITSEC Postgraduate Scholarship

The Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) is pleased to announce the Thirty-Second Annual RADM Fred Lewis Postgraduate Scholarships and Gollobin Award. The Lewis Scholarships are being offered at a Masters level in the amount $5,000, and at a Doctoral level in the amount of $10,000. From the pool of applicants to the RADM Fred Lewis I/ITSEC Postgraduate Scholarship Recipients, one will be selected for the Gollobin Award. The scholarships are being offered to stimulate student interest and university participation in preparing individuals for leadership in the Modeling & Simulation, Training and Education communities. By investing in our future workforce, the Lewis Scholarships and Gollobin Award encourage expansion of the I/ITSEC community and promote innovation through direct investment in our community’s future leaders.

Net Solutions’ Annual Scholarship is our initiative to support young, bright minds and encourage them to think and innovate. With this $2500 scholarship, we do our bit in helping deserving people to support their education and open their minds towards new possibilities in the tech world. To apply, compose an original 1,000 – 2,000-word piece based on the following topic: “The role of technology companies in transforming the world and altering the social fabric.” Submit your content, along with any supporting material, at the scholarship provider’s website.
