$1,000 annually, non-renewable. The scholarship is to be used exclusively for college tuition and related expenses. A check will be made payable to the award recipient's school to cover these expenses, and he/she is expected to submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations.
One award offered annually.
The award recipient will be notified on or before Aug. 1, 2017. To obtain the scholarship, the recipient must submit proof of legal residency in the U.S. (e.g., birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, etc.).
