The Illinois Real Estate Educational Foundation (ILREEF) is a not-for-profit organization established to aid and promote real estate education throughout Illinois. In recognition of years of distinguished service, the Real Estate Educational Foundation has established the Richard D. Wiegers Scholarship Fund. The Richard D. Wiegers Scholarship for Undergraduate Students was created to make it possible for Illinois residents to pursue an undergraduate college or university education in the fields of business, law, or finance.
