During each academic cycle (year), each student will receive the following: a $7,000 educational stipend ($10,000 for the Charles Pankow Foundation ACI Student Fellowship) for tuition, residence, books, and materials; appropriate certificates, recognition, and publicity; paid travel expenses and attendance fees to two more ACI conventions; assignment to an industry mentor; and a summer internship, if desired. After the initial award year, the fellowship will continue for an additional year provided ACI receives another nomination and another application.
The number of awards offered varies annually. Eight awards will be offered this year. One of each of the following: ACI Graduate Fellowship for Concrete Research, ACI/Baker Student Fellowship (two awards), ACI/Elmer Baker Student Fellowship, ACI/Richard N. White Student Fellowship, ACI/BASF Constructino Chemicals Student Fellowship, Cagley Foundation ACI Student Fellowship, Charles Pankow Foundation ACI Student Fellowship.
