Description: The Amelia Earhart Fellowship is awarded annually to women pursuing doctoral degrees in aerospace applied sciences or engineering. $10,000 is awarded annually to up to 30 women pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in aerospace-applied?sciences or aerospace-applied engineering. Additional Information: The Amelia Earhart Fellowship is available for women of any nationality who are pursuing a Ph.D. or other doctoral degree. Applicants should have strong academic credentials in the field of aerospace and applied sciences or engineering. At the time of application, all interested candidates must be registered in a full-time Ph.D./doctoral program that they have completed at least one year of study in, or they must have received a master’s degree in an aerospace related field at the time the application is submitted.

Award Amount: 35 fellowships of $10,000 each are available  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $350,000.
