  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school at the time of application.

Description: The Black Wynn PLLC Law School Scholarship is available for U.S. students who are enrolled at an ABA-accredited law school at the time of application.

Application requirements for the Black Wynn Law School Scholarship are:

  • Application form
  • Personal statement
  • Essay
Additional Information: Black Wynn is offering a $1,000 scholarship which will be applied to law school tuition for the successful candidate. Law school is expensive, not only in terms of tuition, but also because of the time and effort it takes to obtain a law school degree. The winning applicant will be selected by Black Wynn PLLC, in its sole discretion. The selection will be made on or before March 23, and notification to the winner will be via email.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications and information about this award can be found online at the website of Black Wynn PLLC. To be considered for a scholarship, students must submit the online application form as well as a personal statement of up to 100 words in length explaining why he or she wishes to become a lawyer. Optionally, students may also submit an essay of up to 700 words in length discussing how he or she intends to use their law degree to make a difference in the community. All applications and writing submissions must be received through the online application form no later than the deadline date.
