Description: The Social Biases in the Courtroom Scholarship is vailable for applicants who are currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States. Click here to learn more and apply today!

Application requirements for the Social Biases in the Courtroom Scholarship 2020 are:

  • Essay
  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • Current resume.
Additional Information: To apply for this scholarship, please submit: A current resume, An academic transcript, A 1,000 word essay discussing the types of social biases exhibited in the courtroom. The essay will create an awareness campaign that addresses these biases and suggests legislative action to prevent biases from entering the courtroom. The Warshauer Law Group has seen first hand the social biases that exist within the courtroom, and wants to help bring awareness to the issue. The Social Biases in the Courtroom Scholarship will be awarded to one student with a passion for eliminating these implicit biases and creating equality in court.

Award Amount: The grant value is up to $1,000 non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
