Description: The Bill of Rights Scholarship is open to any student currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate or graduate program in the United States. You may apply if you are an incoming first-year college student who has graduated high school or are in possession of a GED.

Application requirements for the The Bill of Rights Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Application form
  • Official Transcript.
Additional Information: Skaug Law, PC is excited to announce the 2019 Bill of Rights Scholarship. This scholarship was created to allow students to explore what they have learned about the Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights. A student who best shares their opinion on whether or not there is an amendment that stands out more than the others will be awarded a $1000 scholarship.

Award Amount: The Bill of Rights Scholarship will award $1,000 to a student who best supports their thoughts on the Bill of Rights. non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

All applications must be submitted via email and have the subject line that reads “[Applicant’s First and Last Name] – Bill of Rights Scholarship Application.” To be considered for this scholarship, the application must be complete and be sent with this designated subject line.
