This scholarship is open to U.S. and international students enrolled in a collegiate aviation program who currently hold a commercial certificate with an instrument rating and are working on either a multiengine rating or CFI certificate. Students must be members of WAI as of Nov. 1, and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Students must be members of Women in Aviation, International (WAI); both men and women are eligible to join WAI.
