U.S. citizens who are high school seniors or older students enrolled full time in an undergraduate or graduate civil engineering, construction management, or construction engineering program are eligible for this award.

This scholarship is for current high school seniors who plan to attend WyoTech's Blairsville, Laramie, or Daytona Beach campuses. Selection is based on academic performance, financial need, the quality of the letter of recommendation, and the quality of the student's personal essay.
