Dare to Dream Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. and international women who are working toward an instrument or multiengine rating, or a commercial or CFI certificate. The recipient will be chosen on the basis of merit, career aspirations, and dedication, as well as contributions to her community.

Delta Air Lines Aircraft Maintenance Technology Scholarship

The Delta Air Lines Aircraft Maintenance Technology Scholarship is available to WAI members currently enrolled in an aviation maintenance technician program (A&P) or a degree program in aviation maintenance technology with a minimum of two semesters remaining. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Delta Air Lines Aviation Maintenance Management/Aviation Business Management Scholarship

The Delta Air Lines Aviation Maintenance Management/Aviation Business Management Scholarship is available for a U.S. student currently enrolled in an associate or baccalaureate degree in aviation maintenance management or aviation business management. Eligible applicants must have a 3.0 grade point average or higher and be a member of Women in Aviation, International.

The Delta Air Lines Engineering Scholarship is available to members of Women in Aviation, International who are currently enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program in aerospace/aeronautical, electrical, or mechanical engineering. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens, and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Janet Clark Memorial Scholarship

The Janet Clark Memorial Scholarship is open to Women in Aviation International (WAI) members who are working toward a career in aviation and are enrolled in an accredited aviation-related program. Applicants for this award must have experience volunteering at WAI events and/or aviation-related events in the previous year.

Lt. Valerie Cappelaere Delaney Memorial Scholarship

The Lt. Valerie Cappelaere Delaney Memorial Scholarship is open to a Women in Aviation, International female member over the age of 18 and from any country. The scholarship will be awarded to an individual pursuing a private pilot certificate.

Mary Alice Beatty Scholarship

This scholarship is open to women ages 15 to 25 who are actively seeking careers in aviation and aerospace technology. Applicants must be residents of Alabama, attending school in Alabama, or working in a professional internship/apprenticeship within Alabama; if enrolled in school, applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

This scholarship is open to U.S. female commercial pilots who are pursuing a professional pilot career. Applicants must be members of Women in Aviation, International as of Nov. 1.

This scholarship is open to U.S. and international students enrolled in a collegiate aviation program who currently hold a commercial certificate with an instrument rating and are working on either a multiengine rating or CFI certificate. Students must be members of WAI as of Nov. 1, and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

This scholarship is open to Women in Aviation, International members who wish to further their careers in aviation. Preference will be given to members of the Gone with the Wind Atlanta Chapter, but all qualified applicants may apply.
