Forsyth County Nursing Scholarship

This scholarship is open to residents of Forsyth County, NC, who are pursuing an undergraduate nursing degree and plan to practice nursing in Forsyth County. Students must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need. Consideration may be given to graduate students on a limited basis.

This scholarship is open to North Carolina students who are pursuing an associate's, baccaulaureate, or graduate degree in nursing at an accredited North Carolina school of nursing; preference is given to students who reside in the Foundation's service area. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and must demonstrate financial need.

Marcus Raper Zimmerman Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of Forsyth County, North Carolina, and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Students must be physically challenged or preparing to work in a profession related to serving the physically challenged.

Oliver Joel and Ellen Pell Denny Healthcare Scholarship

This scholarship is open to traditional and non-traditional students who are pursuing a first-time associate's or baccalaureate degree, certificate, or diploma in a healthcare field at accredited North Carolina schools (graduate degrees considered on a limited basis). Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher; financial need is required (not restricted to lower incomes).

Orthopaedic Specialists of the Carolinas Nursing Scholarship

This scholarship is open to residents of Forsyth County, NC, who have been accepted into the nursing program at Forsyth Technical Community College or Winston-Salem State University. Students must demonstrate financial need, and must have a grade point average of 2.6 or higher if currently enrolled in college or 3.0 or higher if a high school senior.

Michigan Nurses Foundation Scholarship

This award is for U.S. undergraduate nursing students who are residents of Michigan and attend a college/school of nursing in Michigan. Students must be members of the Michigan Nursing Students Association (MNSA) or the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA).

Energy Education For Michigan

The Energy Education For Michigan Scholarship is available for undergraduate students in Michigan who are majoring in a field relevant to the energy industry. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher and unmet financial need.

AIChE Minority Scholarship Award for Incoming Freshmen

International and U.S. high school seniors who are AIChE members planning to pursue a science or engineering major are eligible for this award. Students must be part of a minority group, enroll full time, and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

This award is available for current undergraduate students with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher who are majoring in human resources. Applicant must have completed at least two semesters of course work in an HR major or HR emphasis area, including at least one human resources management course. The student must also be a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
