Award Amount

$1,000 annually for an undergraduate or graduate student and $1,000 annually for a graduating high school senior. Both awards are non-renewable. Recipients are not eligible to reapply.


Two awards offered annually. One college student award and one high school student award will be offered.

Additional Information

This fund was established in honor of Bobette Bibo Gugliotta, author of several books, and creator of a story (when she was 11 years old), about a mouse who later became Mickey. The Bobette Bibo Gugliotta Memorial Scholarship for Creative Writing is designated for the educational benefit of students majoring in the field of creative writing and who have demonstrated creative writing abilities. Please note: Need is not a primary consideration of the Bobette Bibo Gugliotta Memorial Scholarship Fund, but may be a factor in final selection.
