Ball State University
The winner will receive a $10,000 scholarship. The first runner-up will receive a $5,000 scholarship. The second runner-up will receive a $3,333 scholarship. All awards are offered annually and are non-renewable. The scholarships will be applied to the following academic year.

A committe of full-time faculty and two graduate students will evaluate all projects. Awards will be presented at the Telecommunications Awards Ceremony at 6 p.m. on April 21. All winners may be required to demonstrate proof of their project's authenticity before a review board. All winners will be expected to provide two copies of their project, one to be placed in the Letterman Scholarship Library and one to be sent to Mr. Letterman.
