Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards will be provided.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be accepted to or attending an accredited law school.
  4. Must be pursuing a law degree.

Description: This scholarship is available for current law school students as well as college seniors who have been accepted to and plan to attend a law school in the following academic year. Applicants must submit a short essay or presentation describing his/her motivations and goals in the field of law.

Application requirements for the Reeves Law Group Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Transcript
  • Proof of enrollment or acceptance in to a law school
  • Photo
Additional Information: The Reeves Law Group provides this scholarship annually for the purpose of supporting a future lawyer who has a dream to make a significant contribution to society through the legal field. Applications will be considered on the basis of academic record as well as the clarity and enthusiasm expressed within the essay entry. A winner will be selected and notified within one month of the deadline date. The winner will be required to provide proof of eligibility prior to award disbursement.

Award Amount: $3,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $3,000.

Application information is available online at The Reeves Law Group website and may be accessed using the provided link. To apply for this award, students must submit the following items: an essay or Prezi presentation of approximately 750 to 1,000 words in response to the provided topic; a letter of enrollment or acceptance that verifies the students' intent to attend an accredited law school during the following academic year; an unofficial copy of transcripts for all coursework completed; and a photographic headshot of the applicant in .PNG or .JPG format. All application materials must be submitted as attachments or included as links within an email sent to the provided email address. All applications must be received no later than the deadline date.
