Number of Awards & Eligibility: One scholarship will be provided annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be pursuing an automotive degree or certification.
  2. Must be a graduating high school senior or currently enrolled in a two-year, four-year, or vocational program.

Description: The Future Mechanic Grant is available for U.S. students who are pursuing an automotive degree or certification at any level of study.

Additional Information: Award selection for The Future Mechanic Grant will be based primarily on the quality of submitted essays. By submitting an application for this scholarship program, students agree to grant permission to Trade School Future to potentially use their name, essay, and photograph for marketing and media purposes. All decisions of the scholarship selection committe are final.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable. Funds may be used for any expenses associated with pursuing an automotive degree or certification.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications and additional information about The Future Mechanic Grant are available online at the provider website. To be considered for this award, students must complete the online application form and submit an original essay describing the applicant's motivations for pursuing an automotive degree.
