Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must have been a resident of Oklahoma for at least five years prior to the date of application.
  3. Must pursue a professional degree in the study of chiropractic medicine.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  5. Must attend an accredited chiropractic school that is not in the state of Oklahoma.
  6. Must have been accepted to or be enrolled in an eligible program.

Description: This scholarship is available to Oklahoma students who are studying in a chiropractic program. The student must be enrolled in or have been accepted to an accredited out-of-state chiropractic school.

Additional Information: The purpose of the Chiropractic Education Scholarship Program is to assist residents of the state of Oklahoma who are pursuing the study of chiropractic at accredited out-of-state schools.

Award Amount: Up to $6,000 per student  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $6,000.

Applications are available online on the provider site. First-year students must include with this application a statement of admission to a college of chiropractic by a school official. Students beginning chiropractic study prior to the summer term must include an official transcript. The application and supporting documents must be submitted to the Oklahoma State Regents by the deadline date. Late applications will not be considered.
