This scholarship is available for high school seniors who reside in and attend a school in the Greater Middletown, Ohio, area. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and must plan to major in music.

This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate students who are majoring in music. An applicant with a vocal or choral emphasis will receive preference. Students must be sponsored by an AMCA (Associated Male Choruses of America) member chorus. AMCA member choruses are located in Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

U.S. female undergraduate students who are pursuing a degree in music are eligible for this award. Students must be legally blind (i.e., have best corrected visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye, and/or a visual field of less than 20 degrees in the better eye).
