In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Students currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a nursing program at an institution of higher education accredited by the United States Department of Education.
  2. Must be a legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
  3. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
