In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a U.S citizen or legal permanent resident.
  2. Must be pursuing a graduate degree in any fields of study included, but are not limited to: Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Exceptional Children, Remedial Skills Development, Hearing Impaired, Gifted and Talented, etc.
  3. Must be a permanent resident of a state with a Junior Auxiliary Chapter: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee.
  4. Must be a full or part time student.
  5. Must be a graduate student.
