This scholarship is available for high school seniors who plan to attend Louisiana Tech University as an out-of-state student. The student must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and have an SAT score of 1130 to 1350 or an ACT score of 23 to 31.

Students with a bachelor's degree who are planning to pursue a graduate degree full time at one of the Consortium-member schools are eligible for this award.
