Burlington Northern Santa Fe Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship is open to American Indian, Alaskan Native, or Native Hawaiian students who reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, or Washington. Students must be planning to major in business, engineering, education, math, medicine, health administration, natural/physical sciences, or technology.

Undergraduate or graduate students who are California residents and are currently enrolled in six or more credit hours at a California college or university and have completed 12 or more college level course units with a grade point average of 2.6 or higher are eligible for this award. This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors who have a documented learning disability (ADHD alone does not qualify) and plan to attend Sierra College or a Los Rios Community College District institution. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher, and must demonstrate financial need by qualifying for a Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW).
