Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be a high school senior or older to apply for this undergraduate and graduate award.
  3. Must be an active member of an amateur radio club affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL).
  4. Must reside in Georgia. If no qualified student from Georgia applies, preference goes to applicants from the area of the ARRL Southeastern Division (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
  5. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing engineering or computer science.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The Southeastern DX Club Scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are active members of an amateur radio club affiliated with the ARRL. Students must reside in Georgia; second preference will go to students who reside in the ARRL Southeastern Division if there are no qualified Georgia applicants.

Additional Information: The Southeastern DX Club Scholarship is provided annually to students in Georgia who are members of any amateur radio club that is affiliated with ARRL. If no eligible students from Georgia apply, second preference will go to students who reside in ARRL's Southeastern Division. Recipients are typically notified by mid-May by USPS mail and email.

Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.
