Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must demonstrate unmet financial need.
  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of application.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  5. Must be a resident of one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana or Alaska.
  6. Must identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or as a straight ally dedicated to LGBT causes.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is available for U.S. undergraduate students who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or as a straight ally. Applicants must demonstrate unmet financial need, and must reside in one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana or Alaska.

Additional Information: All scholarships emphasize demonstrated commitment to human and civil rights for all people.

Award Amount: Awards range from $500 to $12,000 annually and are non-renewable  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $12,000.
