U.S. high school students in grades nine through twelve who are 19 years of age or younger are eligible for this scholarship. Students are required to reside in the ASSE Region IV area (Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands). Natives of Region IV attending school elsewhere are also eligible to apply.
